How long does the verification process take?
The verification process takes 5-10 business days depending on the contents of your resume. As with any research process, there may be some delays beyond our control. Such delays include: • Insufficient information from the customer to locate a past employer. Please be prepared to provide back-up documentation such as a W-2 or paystub.We will contact you in this case. • Delays by a past employer, school or organization in responding • Institutions that are closed for the summer, or that require advance payment of a fee to provide the information Rush orders are available for $10.00 USD.
Each verification is different and obtaining an accurate verification rating will depend on many factors that are out of iDlogik’s control, such as the response time from the 3rd parties that we are contacting to verify the information. We aim to gain as much information as possible to ensure that you receive the highest possible rating and unfortunately this process can take time.
