How long does the red skin under a blister take to heal?
Well I get blisters all the time from ruck marching with boots and it takes me about 2 days tops for them to heal if you don’t irratate them or do again what caused the blister in the first place. Your can also put some burn medication like Ozynol on them because technically they are burns caused by friction due to moisture of the skin or hard rubbing on a surface. The cream will probably help speed up the process. Also I don’t suggest popping the blister unless it does it itself because that skin will form a callus, which is tough skin, and basically act as a heel protection and it’ll help prevent blisters after so many calluses form.
