How long does the psychological evaluation for ADHD/ADD/learning disabilities/memory loss take?
Typically, there is one initial interview in which the therapist gathers background information and there are five subsequent appointments where the actual testing and evaluation takes place. At the seventh appointment, Dr. Dielman will review your testing results. He will also complete a written psychological evaluation report for you, your school, and/or your physician. Due to the time it takes to complete that report, there is an additional charge of $130 for that report, a charge that is not covered by insurance. This fee will need to be paid before a report can be sent.
