It depends on the weight you want to lose and the way in which your body reacts to the diet. The ProtiLife Program is designed for weight loss of 10 to 15 pounds over a period of three weeks. If your weight loss goal is greater and you are healthy, just repeat the menu for another week to a maximum of ten weeks. Once you reach your desired weight, you follow the transition menu for two weeks. Of course, you would be a wise to consult a health professional if your goal is substantial weight loss.
