How long does the Nicor Solutions Fixed Bill agreement last?
A5: The program is a one-year agreement, covering 12 consecutive months from the date that your last utility bill has been issued. Near the end of your 12-month term, we will send you written notice of your new Fixed Bill amount and of any changes to the terms and conditions. We will renew your enrollment automatically at that new amount and terms unless you notify us within thirty days of the postmark date of your renewal notice. The terms of your cancellation for a renewal are the same as for your new agreement.
