How long does the Listing stay on the MLS?
The MLS Listing are for a period of typically 6 months. You can cancel at any time. 6 months is adequate for 95% of our sellers as the typical home listed by our agents sells in about 2 1/2 months. In some states our agents will allow you to list for a longer period upfront. However, almost all our customer prefer 6 months. Renewals if necessary are typically available for $200.
