How long does the free diagnostic testing take?
Please, allow at least 24 hours from receipt (normally we email you the same day). You can either approve or decline or repair quote. If the repair ends up being more than you want to spend we will mail your iPod MP3 Player back the same day or offer to buy it for salvage value.
