How long does the first batch take of frozen drink to freeze?
Chilling both the water and alcohol, if used, allows the first batch to freeze faster. Typically, indoors a batch will freeze in less than 30 minutes, outside on warm days, it make take up to one hour. Also, there is no waiting between batches because you add to the top reservoir when the mix-low light comes on. Most frozen drink machines on the market will re-liquefy the drink mix when a new batch is added, thus requiring your guests to have to wait for the drinks to be ready.
