The entire evaluation process must be completed within 60 school days from the date you give permission by signing the Permission to Evaluate form given to you by your school district. A copy of the Evaluation Report must be given to you and a summary of the report will be communicated to you.

A. Standard evaluations are guaranteed to be completed within 72 hours upon arriving at our facilities. If you require an emergency priority same day evaluation (6 – 24 hour window), please contact a customer service representative for more details about our express and priority service options.

Allow about five to six months. Our judges volunteer their time and devote many hours to each application they evaluate. Because the judges are so highly qualified, they typically are very active professionals and volunteers for other organizations, as well.
