How long does the DotB recruitment process usually take?
On average, it takes several weeks minimum for most recruits to either be promoted to the Soldier rank, or to be removed. However, this is far from a guaranteed number and simply can’t be given some pre-defined time limit due to the fact that some take longer to “get to know” than others, and as such, it needs to be handled individually. Each application is processed with careful consideration of many factors by DotB leadership. When applications are coming in more quickly than average, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to process apps. This should not have the potential to put anyone off. It simply means that leadership cares enough to filter out problem members before they get the chance to create drama. In the end, it’s all for the best.
