How Long Does The Development Review Committee (Site Plan Approval) Process Take?
The Development Review Committee (DRC) process takes a minimum of six (6) weeks. Applications may be submitted on the first and third Wednesdays of the month and the DRC meets to consider applications on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Applications submitted on the first Wednesday are heard the second Wednesday of the following month. How Long Does The Rezoning Process Take? The rezoning process, conditional use review process and planned development review process take a minimum of four and a half (4 ) months. Applications are submitted on the third Wednesday of the month and are heard by the DRC on the fourth Wednesday of the following month.
