How Long Does The Development Review Committee (Site Plan Approval) Process Take?
The Development Review Committee (DRC) process takes a minimum of six (6) weeks. Applications may be submitted on the first and third Wednesdays of the month and the DRC meets to consider applications on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Applications submitted on the first Wednesday are heard the second Wednesday of the following month.
