How long does the design registration process take?
When we make an application on your behalf for a design registration the UK Intellectual Property Office will examine the application, and if there is no objection to your application then they send a notification of design registration. After registration they will publish your design. The estimated time is about 3 month to register a design in the UK and in the EU.
