Difficult to say as certain plans will take longer than others plus the more people involved in the appraisal, the quicker it will be. Also if the SA is carried out as the plan is developed then it is much more straightforward and quicker. An approximate estimate would be 15 to 20 person days to carry out a full appraisal but this will reduce as we carry out more of them.
