How long does Meridia take to make you feel full?
I am just wondering if anyone else has taken Meridia and would like to know when it starts to work? Is it the kind that takes a couple of days for it to go through you system or is it right away? I have only taken it for two days and really feel like they pills are not working? I know they help with supressing your apetitie, so I was just wondering when that might kick in. Thanks everyone. A: I am currently taking Meridia. I have taken it for 4 months and have lost 20 lbs. I have to say that at first, I had the same reaction. I did not feel that it worked. Honestly, I still feel that way a lot of the time. BUT, think about it, I have lost 20 lbs. so it must be doing something! I agree with everything else out there that states you have to change your eating habits and exercise. I have always eaten “healthy”, well balanced diet, not a lot of sweets, not a lot of carbs, lots of chicken and veggies, etc. I have always tried to get at least 20 min. of activity a day (walking or whatever).
