The warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear, user error, or other types of damage like spills, stains, etc. Make sure to register your product at www.lovesac.com/ productregistration within 90 days from purchase for your 3-year extended warranty. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your have registered. After 90 days from the date of purchase, you will not be able to register your product for this extended warranty. Keep this e-mail for your records. This e-mail is the proof of warranty for your product(s), and will need to be presented in the unlikely event that you encounter a warranty issue.
