Hi i am on Lexapro and it took between 2 and 4 weeks to start working. Make sure that you take it around the same time everyday so that i gets into your system and make sure you take it and don’t go off of it until the doctor tells you to stop it. If you miss a few days here and there it is most likely that the medication will not work so take it alright. I have found that Lexapro works better than any other anti-depressent that i have been on and trust me i have been on a lot of them but this one is by far the best for me.
