How long does laser eye surgery last?
The actual surgery itself is quite short – about 10-15 minutes per eye if I remember correctly. It’s not exactly pleasant since you’re awake, but it doesn’t hurt and it’s definitely worth it. I’m so glad to be rid of the hassle of glasses and contacts and can see clearly in the middle of the night (even just to see the alarm clock without having to reach for my glasses is great), and swimming which neither glasses nor contacts are well suited for.
