How long does it usualy take until the engineer comes?
This depends on various situations. We aim to be on site as soon as possible and fully equipped. The estimated time of our engineer’s arrival is discussed when making an enquiry and is normally within 2 hours. However, we reserve the right to delay your appointment by maximum of 2 hours if an ‘unexpected’ or ‘life hazard’ event makes us to do such a decision. You would be informed in any case of possible delay as all engineers carry a mobile phone and/or other radio device to get in touch with the office if anything goes wrong.
