If you are using a private builder, it could take up to 3 months. Their time schedule is always controlled by the weather or some other lame excuse. If you have a qualified kitchen fitter, recommended by the people you purchased the kitchen from, I am sure it will be quicker. Plastering takes a day, tiling takes another day, fitting the appliances will take several days fixing the electrics and replastering, each job is a separate job and the inevitable drying of cement takes time, although they do have quick drying materials and no nail glue. Dealing with builders, the best investment is patience! Do not expect anything and be grateful if they arrive on time. If you offer them tea and coffee, they may make a little extra effort, but their Zone is not yours. I think you are lucky if they complete the job in a month.
