How long does it usually take for Smartpunk to process and ship my order?
All in stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Most other music items (CDs, Vinyl, DVDs) not in our warehouse would ship within 2-3 business days, depending on the availability of items from our distributors. If there is a clothing item on your order that we do not currently have in the warehouse, it would normally take anywhere between 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. (Please read below for further explanation). Unfortunately, we cannot split up shipments for one order. Please note that shipping times begin once the order is shipped from our warehouse and not necessarily when the order was placed.
