How long does it take to upload photos, and what if the upload is interrupted?
We use secure computers with fast connections to receive and store your photos, but ultimately it depends on your internet speed and the number of photos that you are uploading. The upload process can take anything from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Our intelligent upload process stores each photo after it’s uploaded, so even if your connection is cut the photos that have already been uploaded will not be lost. There’s also a reliable progress bar to show what percentage of the upload has been completed. Note: you can continue to use your computer and browse the internet whilst the photos are uploading, or even go away and come back when the upload is finished.
