How long does it take to setup SurfBest?
Usually, it you will get a response in under 4 hours to online applications. New accounts are processed in batches many times a day, from early in the morning until late at night, in order to get your order through as quickly as possible. Occasionally there may be delays for various reasons, and an account may, on rare occasion, take up to twelve hours to process. If you have not received your setup information within twelve hours, chances are we either did not receive the application, or the email address we have on file to send the information to is incorrect. In the event that a “Welcome Email” bounces back to us, we generally re-send the information, and also try to reach you via phone.
