How long does it take to return merchandise for an exchange?
We offer two convenient options for your exchange. 1. Repackage your garments and apply the pre-paid return label that accompanied your order to your package. Return label is valid for use through the U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx. Drop your return package off with any of these carriers. Once we receive your return, allow 1-2 business days for your new merchandise to ship. Exchanged merchandise will be sent by U.S. Mail, at no cost to you. 2. For faster service, call 800.800.5788 to speak with a customer service representative. We will process a new order for you with no shipping charges. You will be billed for your new order which ships immediately. We will email or send you a pre-paid return label to use with your return. Please repackage your garments, complete the return paperwork, apply the return label and drop at any U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx office.
