How long does it take to register a sole proprietorship?
Registration of a sole proprietorship is done the same day if the Dclaration d’immatriculation (declaration of registration) is submitted in person at a Revenu Qubec office, at specified courthouses, or at one of the two Services Qubec offices that provide services related to the enterprise register. If the declaration is sent by mail, allow 10 working days (not including mail transit time).
