How long does it take to recieve an automatic deposit payment from the VA for my GI BIll?
You will have to start your classes first. Your first check will be for how many days you attended school for that first month. For example I started AUG 22 this year. I am going to school 3/4 time so I would get 825 a month but for my first month since I started on the 22 I only got paid for 10 days of that month wich was like 250 or something. Now I started AUG 22 and I got my first check Sept 3. So it doesn’t take long but you will have to start classes before you get paid in most cases.Go to www.gibill.va.gov and it will explain everything to you.
