How long does it take to receive the engraved goods?
We try to ship as fast as possible, but we do ask for our customers to give us as much as two weeks for delivery. Although we have most of the items in stock in a regular basis, some items have a high demand resulting on casual unavailability. If that’s the case, you can rest assured we will procure the item with high priority. On the other hand, the engraving process it not meant to be radically fast. Although we are equipped with the latest in engraving technology equipment, we are firm believers that a beautiful gem takes time to develop. We want you to feel the same way about the item you are about to receive.
