How long does it take to receive my merchant gift card(s) after redeeming a MyChoice Certificate?
There is generally a one business day processing time after redemption before gift card requests are fulfilled. Once the redemption request has been processed, gift cards will either be sent via email (for online merchants) or by U.S. Mail (for non-online merchants). U.S. Mail shipments are sent with First Class service, which generally delivers within 3-5 business days. Please note: Due to unforeseen demand for certain merchant gift cards, the processing time for redemption requests may occasionally extend beyond the standard one business day. You will receive an email notification from MyChoice Gift Cards as soon as your gift card(s) have been shipped.
