How long does it take to receive evaluation and/or certificates of completion?
From the time you send a certificate request to certificates@islamiconlineuniversity.com, please allow atleast 2-4 weeks to receive replies. There is a high volume of certificate requests being received at all times. One you send in a certificate/evaluation request, your request will be put on queue and shall be responded to as soon as possible. You may wish to send a reminder email if you do not hear back from the department for more than 3 weeks from the date of your request..
