How long does it take to receive an e-bill from a merchant?

It may take up to two weeks for the merchant to process your request for e-bill service. After your request has been processed, it may take one full billing cycle before you begin receiving bills online. We will notify you electronically when you have an e-bill, either by sending you an e-mail message or by displaying a message when you sign in to Bill Pay Choice.
