How long does it take to receive a Simon Giftaccount?
Simon Giftaccounts are sent as soon as we have received approval of the charge to your credit or debit card. Most charges are approved within 24 hours, so most Giftaccounts are delivered within that time frame. However, delays can occur if there is a question about your payment card. If there is a question, it may take us one or more business days to complete the transaction. We will contact you if we need additional information.
