How long does it take to receive a RN license after sitting for the examination?
To ensure fairness to all applicants, all applications are reviewed in the order received. If the application documentation is incomplete, an email is sent to the applicant notifying them of the deficiencies. You can track your application status at www.galicensing.org. Your application is subject to Board review if you answered yes to any legal/discipline question. Once all official results from the examination section, Board office review and submitted documentation are received you will receive a license number. Once your license has been issued, it will be available on the website at https://secure.sos.georgia.gov/myverfication/. The license will be sent directly to the official mailing address provided by the licensee.
