How long does it take to receive a new HHonors membership card?
If you enroll in Hilton HHonors using an enrollment brochure you obtain at a hotel, please keep the paper or printout of your HHonors account number. You should use that number when making reservations, and expect to receive your membership card and materials within 4-6 weeks. Should you lose your card, you may request a replacement card. If you enroll in HHonors while making a reservation via Hilton Reservations and Customer Care, you will receive your HHonors Account Number before you finish your call, and expect to receive your membership card and materials within three weeks. If enrolling online, you will receive your account number upon submitting required information. At your request, your permanent membership card will be mailed to you after your second stay at a Hilton Family hotel.
