How long does it take to receive a faxed document?
The Purchase Document service allows you to request a document to be mailed or faxed to you. Regardless of the delivery method, this service requires human intervention to send your document. Delivery time to fax a document is typically 2 business days. If the document is older than five years, it may take up to 5 business days to locate the document and have it mailed or faxed to you. Rush requests, courier, or special pickup options are not available through the online service.
