How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Your custom order is guaranteed to ship within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details, shipments exceeding this 4 week period will qualify for a discount equal to 10% per week that it is shipped late. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times, however we are happy to provide you with a tracking number with your shipper UPS. If you absolutely require your apparel in less than 6 weeks, we do not suggest that you order full custom apparel. While most orders are received within 6 weeks we cannot guarantee it. We can only guarantee a service level not the receipt date of the end goods.
