How long does it take to receive a check for my DirectPoints balance?
Before requesting a check, please be sure the address we have on file is your current mailing address. You can do this by selecting Update Your Profile from the menu at the top of the screen. You will then have the opportunity to click through the original registration survey and update any necessary information. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request and another later when the payment has been mailed.
