A. A 2D UV/pI map can be produced in one day using ProteoSep. The actual chromatofocusing first dimension run takes approximately 1.5 hours. The second dimension analysis requires approximately 12 hours (assuming the analysis of 15 pI fractions and 2 wash fractions from the first dimension). Samples are ready for further analysis within one day of start!
