How long does it take to process through customs?
It typically takes 1 business day to process items through customs. However, this estimate assumes that you have entered the address correctly as shown on the Order Receipt page. It is critical that you enter the CCX number on address line 2 accurately, as this is the most common reason for delays. Also note that Customs officials may, from time-to-time, randomly select items for inspection when crossing the border.
