How long does it take to process the new passports?

Processing for new passports will continue until all those who have not processed have done so. New passports are sent out as soon as we receive them from headquarters (HQ). In case there is a change of address, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid sending your passport to the wrong address. Walk-in pick-ups are allowed.
