How long does it take to process an application?
It usually takes approximately two business days to fully process an application. We check five major categories – rental history, employment history, credit history, eviction history, and criminal background. Each application must be filled out COMPLETELY and signed by the applicant. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Applications will not be processed if the application fee is not paid.
