How long does it take to process an application?

0

Ten business days if there are no controversial issues associated with issuance of the permit.

Applications can be processed as quickly as two weeks. We suggest that you apply on line or download the application. The downloaded application can serve as a check list for items you will need to mail to complete the application process. Gathering and submitting all supplemental materials at the same time can expedite the process.

It depends. Some departments hold applications and make decisions on them all at one time (after each deadline); in such cases the processing time may be longer. Other departments make decisions monthly, or as they receive each application. Departments will not make decisions on incomplete files. With the department’s recommendation, the Dean of Seaver College will make the final admission decision. You will receive a letter stating the admission decision.

As soon as we receive your completed application, along with the EFT Agreement and void cheque (if applicable), we will begin processing. This will take about 3 days. Your User package will then be sent to you in the mail.

The average time is six months to one year if placements are available. It takes between three and six months for an applicant to become a candidate. An additional three months is required before a candidate is fully trained, assigned to a placement and commissioned.
