How long does it take to prepare a Tax Depreciation Report?
Vatersay will undertake to prepare a Tax Depreciation Report within 5 working days from the date of inspection. Vatersay will usually try to gain access to the property within a few days of receiving an Order to conduct the inspection. This is organised with the managing agent or the Owner at the convenience of the tenant.
