How long does it take to open or transfer my account to Weiss Capital Management?
Typically, a day or two- if funds are wired into your account. If you are opening your account by check, the process can take about a week. Transferring an account or funds from another firm can take anywhere from one to six weeks, depending on your accounts’ complexity, the transfer method and the type of securities transferred.
