How long does it take to obtain a Home Information Pack (HIPs)?

A Home Information Pack can usually be obtained within 5-10 working days. This does however depend on the Domestic Energy Assessor being able to gain access to the property to carry out the EPC and the seller of the property completing the Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ), and returning all required information as quickly as possible.
