How long does it take to notice the effects of earthing?
Some people experience the effects virtually immediately, and instrumentation clearly shows why. In cases of chronic pain, the effects are sometimes observed in minutes. And for others, with severe chronic pain, it may take months. For some, the benefits are so subtle they go unnoticed until they have to be without the technology. Actually in my experience with Earthing products and techniques everyone can sense the calming, balancing effect, you know the Aaahhh factor in short order. As with anything, individual experiences vary.
