From the day we receive your order from the footcare professional, we are usually able to complete your shoes within 14 working days. Sometimes special modifications will be required, meaning it may take longer to make your shoes. Either way, our customer service representatives make a point of keeping in touch with your footcare professional concerning our progress in completing your order.
