How long does it take to install the unheading device?
Because every coker unit is laid out differently it’s difficult to lay out a universal turn around plan. Prior to your refinery’s turn-around DeltaValve’s engineers will be onsite to confer with managers, engineers, and other key staff to determine the best course of action for installing the new DeltaGuard®. Over the years each install has taken between 2-4 weeks depending on valve quntities, engineering and other refinery specific factors.
