Installation: Once a potential account is happy that Reflex provides the breadth of HP NonStop monitoring required, a product evaluation maybe requested. This would then typically involve the installation of the product on a nominated test or development HP NonStop system. Before this can happen, a product licence will need to be generated by ITL and delivered (with the product) on CD for installation on-site. Questions relating to; number of HP NonStop platforms, HP NonStop platform type and system name, number of CPUs, type of system (Production or DR) etc. will need to be answered before the Reflex licence can be generated. It is recommended that Reflex installation and configuration are carried out by qualified ITL staff or distributors for a full appreciation of the product to be gained by the potential account.
