e-FAQ is simple to install and configure. e-FAQ installs quickly on a Windows NT/2000 server (NOTE: MS SQL Server 7.0/2000 or MSDE must be previously installed and accessible to e-FAQ. Also, an Exchange, Notes, Groupwise, or SMTP/IMAP compliant mail server must be available to host the mailboxes that e-FAQ would use to process email messages). Configuring mailboxes that will work with e-FAQ is straightforward. We anticipate that most organizations can install and start using e-FAQ less than a day after purchase.
