The installation will require hooking up the inlet hose to the sewer pipe and pulling the wires to the 12-volt power source. The time to do this will vary due to such factors as the number of barriers to the wire runs. Holes will need to be drilled to pull the wires and mounting the control box. The RV owner will need an electric drill and drill bits and common hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters and wire skinners.
