After all necessary plumbing, you can pick up the meter horn at the main office at 205 Billings Street. Once the meter horn and wiring are installed, the you can contact the Distribution/Meter Department at (219) 462-6174 extension 1318 or e-mail the Distribution Team Leader and schedule a meter installation. The Water Department requires at least two (2) working days notice for an appointment.
